Desk news: The four-member Bangladesh tennis team left for Bahrain on Saturday to take part in the ITF World Junior (Under-14) Tennis Tournament, scheduled to begin in Isa Town today. Bangladesh's all-female team consists of three players—Humayra Haider Zara, Jannat Howlader, and Sara Al Jasim—and is coached by Rajnita Chowdhury.
The Under-14 tennis aspirants from 26 countries across the world will compete in the tournament, which will end on February 22. According to the Bangladesh Tennis Federation media release, the team will return home the day after the end of the competition.
